GLCC Germany helps companies in Germany reliably support young adults from Burundi on their path into vocational training and everyday life — from the preparatory education phase in their country of origin to support after arrival in Germany.
GLCC Burundi was founded in April 2024 — focusing on German language and culture as well as career opportunities.
Over 102 individuals have completed the preparation program in Burundi since classes began on September 30, 2024.

When international young professionals come to Germany, success depends not only on a strong formal start, but also on what comes after — the everyday reality that follows. GLCC Germany provides a reliable point of contact throughout. Companies gain a dedicated partner who prepares, contextualizes, accompanies, and remains available when challenges arise. The strength of this project lies in the connection between preparation in the country of origin and support in Germany. Both phases are kept clearly distinct — yet experienced as one continuous journey.
Young adults learn German, engage with the culture and everyday life in Germany, and prepare specifically for exams and the next step. This means collaboration doesn't start from scratch, but from a solid foundation.
GLCC Germany provides support with orientation, contact with authorities, everyday questions, and settling into a new environment — calmly, reliably, and personally. Before the start in Germany, organisational and day-to-day questions are addressed in advance so that the transition goes more smoothly.
After arrival, GLCC Germany supports trainees with professional and personal orientation, coping with the new demands of training and their environment, and continuing to develop their language skills. This gives HR managers greater clarity throughout the training process and provides them with a dedicated contact person whenever questions or challenges arise.
